Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA) Grant for full time musicians or media freelancers

If you are a media freelancer, on top of the grant above mentioned, you get to enjoy additional training allowance of $7.50 per training hour. 
MDA, in collaboration with industry players, is set to turn Singapore into a vibrant music city, through supporting local music professionals in upgrading themselves.
